SLANT at the Apple Day!

On Apple Day, the University of Bristol Botanical Garden organized a cider-making event with the aim of reducing the wastage of garden apples and bringing together the community.

SLANT was invited to the event to transport apples using the SLANT e-Carriage prototype.

We successfully tested our prototype and gathered valuable insights to enhance our invention.

The e-Carriage did more than 10 trips, with an average load of 80 kg of apples on each trip, and users described carrying 80 kilograms of apples as pushing a feather.
